These terms apply when you open an account, deposit, invest or use any part of the platform. By using the platform you agree to them. We may update them, and we will tell you before a change affects you.
Your account
You must be an adult and give accurate details. Keep your password and two-step codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
Investing
Each plan states its rate, term, payout schedule, minimum and cancellation rules before you invest. The terms shown when you confirm apply to that investment for its whole term.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits are credited once the payment is confirmed. Withdrawals are sent to a payout account in your name. We may ask for identity checks before a withdrawal, as described in our policies.
Fees
Any fee is shown before you confirm a deposit, withdrawal, transfer, swap or cancellation. We never take a fee that was not shown to you.
Risk
Investing carries risk, including the loss of capital. Rates are each plan’s stated rate and are not guaranteed. Past results do not guarantee future results.
Closing your account
You can close your account at any time once your balance has been withdrawn. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why where the law allows.
